August 31, 2022 - sour plums, other muddled dark fruits (dark cherry, etc), black peppercorns, hint of barnyard, slight note of lemon, slight floral (violets). med+ acid but it comes across as a touch sour rather than just crisp. better slightly chilled. does not improve with aeration at all.
