June 25, 2017 - Musique & Vin - Dîner de Gala - Dixième Edition du Festival (Château du Clos de Vougeot): Very ripe for Chablis, with faint tropical fruit hints, but also very impressive concentration and enough energy on finish for good+ balance and finesse.
June 25, 2017 - Winos' excellent adventure in France; 6/22/2017-6/27/2017 (All over France): Very little acidity, a bit cloying and simple for a GC chablis.
August 26, 2016 - Second bottle also oxidized. Fuck.
February 20, 2016 - Wines Tasted at HDH Auction; 2/19/2016-2/20/2016 (Tru Restaurant - Chicago IL): Small glass, brief note. Very tasty with clear Grand Cru concentration. Wonderful fruit, still very fresh. But very ripe and slightly tropical, so I wouldn't have thought Chablis if served blind.
September 9, 2012 - So complex but light on the palate. Lovely flavors of honey, apricot, meyer lemon, floral notes, great minerality and a long finish. plenty of life left too. drink now thru 2017
July 7, 2008 - wonderful mineral/lime aspect that was bracing and wonderful. The "lack" of oak is just wonderful, in my opinion. I don't have a lot of experience with Chablis, but this was just wonderful. Clean, crisp, finishing with an apple tart bite that was very refreshing and a joy to drink.
