Community Tasting Notes 1

    January 26, 2022 - 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc

Full body, deep purple color. Intense fruit forward aroma following by sweet spices’ box and smoky notes. Dominant sweet cherry and plum palate with hot but juicy finish. Rich and replete but over-fruitiness slightly affects balance, albeit good acidity and rounding tannins. Well pairing to Mediterranean salad with Mozzarella balls. Serve 16ºC - 20ºC. Open three hours ahead. Drink now while young and fresh, should be enjoyable four/six years more.
