March 3, 2024 - Medium yellow color. Needs a few hours of air to fully open up. Woolly, salty bouquet, flowers, quince, lemon. Expressive, expansive in the mouth, rich and complex with an impressive structure. Lemon juice, salt and Asian spices. Tremendous showing. Chablis tasting with CG/Hasse/Finn.

July 2, 2021 - Showing richness, maturity, yet still maintaining freshness throughout. has so much mineral and seashell along with the white fruit and a bit of nuttiness on the edges.

October 3, 2020 - On the other side of fully developed but extremely nice, marzipan, juicy fruits and honey. Still vibrant

January 6, 2020 - unfortunately the bottle was slightly corked, which I did not detect at first. However a friend with whom I was sharing this bottle told me it was pretty obvious. her nose was more sensitive.

this being said, the wine should have been beautiful, with a very distinctive Chablis nose, chalk, yellow fruit, honey. on the palate, the wine is soft with enough acidity to give a good structure to the wine.
ready to drink but no hurry.

I would have rated it 92 had it not been (slightly) corked.

January 28, 2017 - From 75cl, perfect cork. A stunning bottle, unchanged from my TN of 13.02.2015. Best after 2 hours, at near-room temperature. No hurry at all. 93P
