January 4, 2023 - Way past its prime, or evolved to a stage where I just did not like the profile. Nothing like the Fevre 2004 Clos I had 2 years ago (but now I wonder if that bottle now is ok....) If you still have any in your cellar drink up.

December 31, 2020 - Drinking beautifully from first pour. Classic understated fevre, oyster shell, lemon. Lovely. Became more tense over time which was a good thing, but enjoyable watching the evolution from first sip, so no decant recommended.

March 28, 2020 - This was in a perfect place in spite of some recent bottle variance. However, it does need to be consumed sooner rather than later to ensure minimal variance.

4/1/2008 (link)(Fevre William Chablis Bougros) A little savoury on the nose, but no obvious toast - faint brioche though. Super minerality, acidity and focus. Very long - close to pure Chablis!
