  January 27, 2013 - Perfect foil for Thai food (massaman curry with shrimp and rad na.) Brisk and bracing with notes of crisp apple pear, tangerine and a hint of oaky vanilla. Did a lovely job cutting through the rich sweetness of coconut milk Took a chance, wish I had another bottle or two.

  December 12, 2011 - A rare find, especially in the States. An Aussie old vine Sémillon from the Barossa valley. It had been kept in the refrigeration unit by my sommelier, notwithstanding the relatively low price. Light bright colour, light bright olfactory emission. Balance and very few flaws (and no major ones), though ever so slightly warm on the uptake at first. Savory but mild, inoffensive but flavourful. Nice lingering finish with almost no heat. Delicious with aged Dutch Gouda. A real treat and a real steal at under $25. Excellent (86.5).
