  March 17, 2021 - Unscrewed and poured. Rich aroma of pear and lanolin. Flavors of chalky minerals and honey, crisp up front and gaining some weight and unctuousness mid palate. Kumquat in the slightly bitter finish. Balanced, clean flavors, good backbone, not complex. Outstanding quality for the price.
