June 28, 2016 - Meaningfully better than my previous bottle & note. Fairly pale when first opened; medium gold by time I arrived at a tasting an hour later. Nose reveals a clearly oxidative style with plent of new oak treatment. Mix of florality and slight herbaceousness keeps the nose fresh enough and complex; oily textured viscosity and just enough acid gives it a very fullish and persistent palate; long, balanced and delicious. Drink up!

September 20, 2015 - Pale gold. Nose opened after 15 minutes and lingering acidity mellowed. Was best first hour after that with complex, layered notes of mature oak. Drink now - 2017.

May 31, 2015 - I agree (mainly) with DCWino's views on this wine though I did not find it cloying, just a bit too heavy and with more noticeable oak than to my taste. Still a (perhaps too) big and very good wine.

December 22, 2014 - Fully mature, soft, silky and elegant, with a honeysuckle and citrus character, the wine ends with a light, sweet, citrus finish.
