October 25, 2019 - This review is a bubble in the magnum but my first time with this wine I was delighted by the amount of lemon on the nose and its yeast.
Second time tasting I paired it with some torta antigua cheese and dabs of honey. The logic there being that the citrus notes in the wine would complement the sour lemon flavors of the wine. This, an addition to the soft texture of the torta turned out to be a pleasant treat, though the two in conjunction brought out more of the pear qualities of the wine. -
