Made with 100% Chardonnay from the Premier Cru villages Villers-Mamery and Trépail on the Montagne de Reims, and from the Côte de Sézanne, malo complete, tirage 16 May 2017, disgorged 16 November 2021, dosage 6.5 gr/l. A solid Blanc de Blancs, balancing generosity and elegance, citrus and pear, flowers and a touch of toast, and some nutty evolution. Elegant weight, good length.
