September 17, 2022 - Winery visit. Very pale salmon color. Aromas and notes of white peach and fresh strawberry, oyster shell, wheat straw, hibiscus and fresh herbs. Lush and succulent red fruit on the palate, high-toned with mineral and spice depth. Refined and elegant with great depth.
