December 14, 2021 - The wine looks purple colored and the legs are slow. It smells like prune, fig and apple. It tastes like black pepper, tobacco, prune and strawberry jam. The body is medium/full. The wine has polished texture and finishes long. The wine has medium acidity and medium tannins.

Nice deep red wine that packs a flavorful punch. We let it decant for two hours, which smoothed it out nicely.
