Community Tasting Notes 2

April 20, 2024 - Singing. not the most complex. Definite oak on the nose still but not overdone. Lovely palate: especially pure and silky mouthfeel - unusual for a white. Classy.

July 6, 2023 - Drinking a glass in High Timber restaurant, London, owned by Gary and Kathy Jordan. Bright gold/Amber. Creamy vanilla nose. Oak evident but not overpowering. Full and rich on the palate, very creamy. Deliciously long.
