  July 21, 2023 - Maybe had this way too early. Jumpy vegetables at this point. Highly unusual actually. Unlike anything I can recall. Unique and memorable for sure, but for me and at this point, not in a good way. Something comes across as artificial and plasticky. Am sure it's just some special fermentation compound at this point but ... no I will have to pass on this one.

  January 7, 2023 - Delicious, expressive Barbaresco. Still young but loads of fruit and equally ready to enjoy now. At the pop n pour, it was muted with no finish but even a one hour decant had this wine singin

  May 29, 2022 - Defined spices with some acidic red fruit. Tannins were gentle and grippy. Leaves a lot to be desired, but does its job.
  
  Enjoyed with some heavily seasoned tomahawk steak. It held up quite well with the acidity. The wine is drinking well now.
