Community Tasting Notes 1

July 26, 2022 - Bottle 1351g. Moderately intense ripe fruity aromas, with something green cutting through. Dry, with elevated (mixed?) acidity, medium-bodied, 13°. Saline finish. Gives the impression of being a blend of different varieties at different ripenesses that doesn't quite mesh. Maybe the Viognier (40%) is just underripe? And Roussanne (40%) is hard to get right. Clairette is the remainder.
