January 6, 2024 - (Half) Mid lemon, aromas of lemon, lime wet stones, apple & pear. Touch muted initially. Medium body with strong acidity. To taste more lemon, lime, zest, apple, pear & slate. Long finish. Very good. Intense flavours and well balanced. Super fresh. Plenty of time in hand.

December 7, 2023 - This bottle has been open for about 1/2 hour. It is very similar to my last one. It is crisp but with a creamy texture to it, plus lots of citrus fruit, acidity and good minerality. I do agree that it has some salinity, plus some pear and apple fruit.

May 28, 2023 - A few more months in the cellar has improved this wine some more. Like my previous bottle, it has a creamy texture, plus lots of citrus fruit, acidity and good minerality. I do agree that it has some salinity to it, in a good way, plus some pear and apple fruit.
