August 22, 2021 - Flower Day - decanted off fine sediment. Colour is showing fully developed colours of rusty garnet core to mahogany edge. Nose is prune and vanilla with Volatile acidity showing fairly strongly. With air Acetic Acid also blossoming. Flawed but even if not so, it’s over mature.

January 6, 2017 - Opened one bottle yesterday and very much past peak. Opened one bottle today and still good but almost at end. if you have any left drink now; maybe there will be one or two bottles which are still good.

October 29, 2014 - This. Was. Awesome. Complex and multilayered fruit with a mocha and raisiny backbone and still present tannic muscle. Yum.

April 6, 2014 - Big fruit up front but well integrated with notes of vanilla and spice. Best to drink soon as hints of raisins showed after it had a few hours air time.
