July 1, 2023 - Ripe red & black berry and some plums. Nice bit of pepper spice and some dried herbs plus some smoked meat on the end. Really good SB Syrah and a good QPR.

December 23, 2022 - Nose: Loads of oak and some ripe plum. Palate: Bitter wood and barrel spice that dominates throughout making it difficult to parse out any fruit; the fruit that I can detect tastes like a Christmas-spiced sour cherry. Tannins=mod, acid=mod.
