September 6, 2023 - 13.5% alkohol. Crispy og ren Sauvignon Blanc fra Loire med grønt med sitrus-toner, floralt og fin mineralitet. Elegant og delikat med frisk, livlig syre.
Druer håndplukket fra 2 hektars jordsmonn rikt på kalkstein rundt landsbyene Champtin og Bué-en-Sancerre. Lagret 1 år i stålfat på «lie» og flasket uten filtrering. -
