Community Tasting Notes 1

  • Jeremy Holmes wrote:

January 20, 2022 - The nose is a smoldering pile of Autumnal leaves. The palate and fully resolved, calm and even. It is velvety of texture and has all sorts of decaying plant matter and spice nuance. There is still breezy acidity and the wine is a genuinely good drink, not just an aged curio.
