    September 28, 2023 - Super nice traditional Jura chardy. If you’re standing with the bottle in hand right now considering to cop, please be aware this is a vin de voile. Meaning it’s oxidized.
    Nose of sotolon — curry, fenugreek and toffee.
    Mouth is with a short elevage compared to a vin jaune, so many of the standard qualities are still there from a typical white. Super fun final bottle to a Jurassic lineup.

    “oxidize With that odour of nuts/almonds
    in the mouth it’s dry and very well balance and has nothing to do with the smell
    Very interesting wine
