December 27, 2022 - It took time for this to come around after opening. Very Pale color. Very lithe in aroma and body overall. Delicate nose of white flower, lemon verbena. Palate shows a silky citrus vein, lemon water, hints of jasmine. This grew on me with air.

November 21, 2022 - 65 år gamle vinstokker. Håndplukket. Gjæring i gamle store fat. Full malo. 9 mnd sur lie. Fremstår som gammeldags chablis med stram sitrus, syrlig, litt gjerrig, nøtt, diskret kalkmineralitet. Det motsatte av flabby. pen konsentrasjon. forvsvarer nok ikke helt prisen nå men er fortsatt ung og hadde vært interessant og la denne ligge ordentlig lenge. 12,5 prosent. Blanchot er øst/sørøstvendt med bratt helling. Nabo til Les Clos.
