Lukter epler, mineraler, knust hvit pepper og fat.
Smaker epler, gule frukter, sjøfossil og mineraler. Lang og fyldig ettersmak med litt for mye smør.
En aromatisk vin, men savner litt syre og mer karakter av jordsmonnet i Chablis. Varm årgang? -

May 2, 2022 - Fifth wine in the lineup at the estate and it over delivers for the price point in this vintage. Less of the flinty/steel profile (although still has time in the barrel and then bottle) and more of Burg profile perhaps due to the warmer vintage- however still has the minerality . This provides a unique Chablis that, IMO for a non-Chablis hardcore purist, I find mixes both the north and the south.
