June 10, 2023 - Black cherry, violet, plum and graphite. There is a nice tension in the wine, and dark layered fruit with and warm toasty oak. There is good freshness here. With time to open I can only imagine that this is a knock out.

Tasted non blind.
Dark garnet to purple color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of soapstone, violets, black cherries, plums and currants. Earthy flavors of currants, plums, cherries and berries. Medium acidity, firm tannin, full bodied. Drink with air or continue to hold.
