December 22, 2019 - Excellent, classic. Fermented in 33% each of new, 1 year and 2 year old French oak, and 7months barrel age. 13.7% alc.
    Colour: pale lemon
Bouquet: citrus, peach melon, and buttery oak.
Palate: intense flavours like bouquet, incredibly citrusy, buttery, and nutty, with great mineralogy and some lees contact character. Very acidic, balanced by fruit, oak and alcohol, with long clean uplifted finish. Seemingly has years left

November 15, 2017 - Tyrrell's masterclass (Winesquare, Pyrmont Bridge Road): Medium minus intensity aromas. Slightly dusty, buttery cedar and peach, slight almond meal/oats. Spicy, tangy with slight citrus notes, a little honey and buttery textured, some front of mouth grip. Exceedingly long.

April 7, 2014 - NobleRottersSydney - Hunter Valley (Verde, East Sydney): {screwcap, 12.5%} (DavidC) Gorgeous nutty/grapefruit aromas. Steely and assertive structure, with lively acid and fresh fruit. Barely developed at nine years old. Long even palate, medium-bodied weight; it offers persistent warm chardonnay fruit without ever getting too tropical. A spectacular, classy wine good for another ten years easily.

May 11, 2012 - Light golden colour which does not show any age. Slightly buttery nose. Quite intense at the front of the palate, spicy oak dominates, then more smooth in texture and a more subtle taste of rockmelon, wet stones and then trails off with a short to medium finish. OK but a little unexciting.

January 3, 2011 - Light and clean. Smooth texture, mineral/wet stones a little melon. Medium length.
