October 27, 2023 - Lemon, minerally, with some candies notes like sprinkles on the nose. Nice balance with some lemon, grapefruit, really nice fruit that cuts the bitterness nice. Nice acid pop and no heat. Nice persistence, an excellent exemplar of the grape.

October 15, 2023 - Tasted after 45 minutes of air. Decanted and aggressively swirled. These wines almost need as much time to open as some reds do. Tangy lime fruit. Plenty of verve. Not your typical light and insipid Oregon Pinot Gris. These are serious wines. Some peach and crushed gravel. Perfect balance. A hint of nutiness. Nice mid palate lift. Finishes with some nice lemon zest.

September 1, 2023 - I'm not sure I've had pinot gris before - headline is that this went with roast chicken like the lord herself blessed the pairing. Really delicious stuff and I spent a while trying to figure out what grape to compare it to. Chenin, with some sauvignon blanc on the finish? Not sure. But very happy with the purchase.

January 22, 2023 - This was well enjoyed by our group today. Even some novice tasters were introduced to bright, snappy flavors. This had grapefruit and lemon, a little hay, with a slight acrid note on the finish.

December 15, 2022 - Frankly one of the best bottles of PG I've ever had. I spent some time in Südtirol this summer and this puts me right back there. The depth and richness reminds me of a Terlan riserva but with more verve, and a little focused wildness like Kitzmüller. A unique almost kiwi skin nose, huffing kiwis beside a misty waterfall inside a library. Yet so moreish. Really hard not to just sit here and drink the whole bottle. What a kaleidoscopic ride. Fing congratulations Saul this is it.
