Community Tasting Notes 2

December 11, 2023 - Consider filtering or decanting due to a lot of tartrate crystals. Lemon and orange citrus notes with hints of spice. Focused acidity. Richer than the Sonoma bottling.

March 13, 2023 - This is one that will require some warming up. At fridge cold its a bit sharp and harsh. As it warms, the broader fruit balances out that sharper feeling acidity you get due to the 'voile' nature of this wine. Notes of pineapple juice, marmalade and honey. A good wine for some funkier cheeses. Very fresh and lighter bodied. The acidity is persistent. Consistent over two nights.
