  December 15, 2023 - Opened 2 hours prior to pouring. Poured 15 minutes prior to drinking. Light bodied. Very drinkable and smooth. Very nice. Peak drinking about 6 hours after opening it. Berry fruit and graphite. Nice with Mediterranean lamb stew.

  November 12, 2023 - Medium ruby. Rim clearing with subtle bricking near the rim
  Aromatics medium. Initially some ripe red cherry and pencil lead. Later some tar. No new oak left
  Palate has a medium body. Acid medium +. Tannins medium +, medium grained and integrated. Alcohol medium +. Cherries and chalk. The fruit is dusty and later some earth comes in.
  Finish has a medium length at best. Balance towards the structure, mainly the alcohol and tannins
  Looks like this was a $20 Garagiste import I received about a year ago. Even for this price, not very special but would go well with a meal.
  Drink now as I don't feel aging will offer much more than loss of fruit and presumably more tertiaries.
