November 13, 2010 - Love the nose, licorice, tobacco, dirt, cherry. Not as full om the palate as I would like, or this would have been a 90 rated wine. A good buy at 18 a bottle. Much better than grocery store plonk at the same price.

September 11, 2010 - Otimo Chianti. Ja um pouco evoluido apesar de ainda nao ter os aromas de couro. Boa complexidade, otima acidez e boa a longa persistencia. Excelente escolha pra uma pizza em casa com o Augusto e Renata. Nao deve evoluir mais.

August 10, 2008 - Pleasant, but "bigger" than most Chianti Classicos I have tasted recently...to the point that my wife didn't believe that this was a chianti. Quite a bit of oak and pretty tannic, which obscured the earthy, cherry flavors I'm generally looking for. Not bad, but...

January 24, 2008 - Brighter bing cherry and plum notes, with nice acidity and good structure. Will improve over next 12-18 mos.
