  June 28, 2023 - very pale salmon/pink colour. subtle and fresh floral and herbal notes waft thru the aromas of melon and watermelon. light bodied in the mouth and juicy and fresh. a fresh lime-like streak, both citric and bitter permeates the watermelon flavours. saline finish.
  
  a bit less exuberant and with a tad more depth than i remember it from last year… and i do prefer it this way.
  
  11% AbV; and a veritable tour-de-force in blending and harmonising: 67% Touring Nacional (from four different vineyard sites), 21% Gamay, 10% Tinta Cão, and 2% Grenache; each site was harvested and vinified separately in stainless; post-fermentation and malo, wines were blended and aged for four months prior to bottling.

  March 4, 2023 - Tasted over 3 hrs
  -translucent pink orange
  -melon peach with sharp smoky herbal note
  -med acidity, med/med- weight soft and rather viscous faint melon herbal saline
  -has faded some as anticipated over the past year

  September 4, 2022 - Lovely as an aperitif. Served with various appetizers and dips at a family bbq. Crisp, refreshing, lightly red fruited and a nice bit of minerality as well. Bottle disappeared quickly.
