Community Tasting Notes 1

July 20, 2006 - This wine is very dark showing no age, lush ripe dark fruit with hints of leather, black pepper, tumeric and vanilla whaff from the glass. Very similar on the palate change the tumeric for corriander and some oak, this should go great with the corriander crusted rack of lamb tonight.
After Dinner: As expected it paired well with the Lamb, Though I enjoyed ths wine a lot, the biggest detractor was the sour off taste at the end of the finish.
