April 3, 2022 - Crisp and fresh while also a little sweet. Not particularly complex (at this point?) but it paired seamlessly with pan fried salmon with charred root veggies, salt and pepper chicken wings, and the remains of our kids’ mac (😇). This will be a welcome and refreshing wine for the warmer evenings this summer.
