March 18, 2023 - - Light gold color with slow forming legs and aromas of apple, grapefruit and cut green grass and has flavours of butterscotch, grapefruit and apple - Lovely SB, French style light oak. Not a full pucker, just partial, with a bit of light butter to it. Decent finish. Having with cioppino (red seafood stew).

July 2, 2022 - Clean silver in color. Nice aromatics of grapefruit and flowers. Rich texture. On the palate, nice acidity and solid, but not over-powering citrus notes. Crisp minerality and slight saline notes across the finish.
