April 7, 2023 - On the nose, lemon, lime, basil, yoghurt. But broaches the divided into stone fruit with nectarine. A hint of stony minerality but mostly masked by the fruit. Quite delicate on the palate.Medium bodied. Similar flavour profile on the palate although some asparagus notes coming through. Some toasty notes on a sweet, shortish finish which, for me, is a little mixed by the heat from the alcohol. Generally, I think this is a good effort and good value if you prefer, or desire, to drink something in this style.
