February 11, 2022 - 40% Carignan 30% Grenache 20 / 10 Syrah Mourvèdre . Lovely wine, big but refined, elegant even for the region. High toned, cherry fruited, decent lift on the mid palate , was recommended with squid in a parsley sauce and it worked quite well. After tasting too much flat, dull, sweet Grenache here in the Gard this came off as downright refreshing.
