February 5, 2023 - Disgorged 2021 Pale gold in the glass. Nose of apple and pear. Crisp, dry and delicious. A terrific aperitif and it worked well with Caesar Salad. One of the great deals out there in sparkling wine. Extremely well crafted and worth the price.
This also develops so well - worth putting in the cellar for 2-3 years.
