July 3, 2023 - A rose’ unicorn. Deep, flavorful and unctuous with red rose petal, watermelon, herbs, wild strawberry and a touch of sweet jellybean. Its closest relative is a Tavel, but this is in a league of its own. Very low production of this one by Jim Binns and company — unfortunately. Drink now to 2026. Outstanding.

June 5, 2023 - Amazing bottle. Obviously dark color, similar to a Lewis Syrah VIN Gris. Notes of red fruits and black fruits. Although this smacks you right in the face with big and bold, it is still somehow elegant and delicious.

September 30, 2022 - A very nice and intriguing rose, and actually not comparable with any rose. Much more dense and filling, but still with an ethereal lightness. A very special and very good wine.

August 15, 2022 - Wonderful texture. Slight funk on day 2 that is really nice. I've had many red wine that are not this full-bodied. this style will not be for everyone, but I'm certainly a fan.
