April 7, 2024 - Freesia, ripe apricot, ripe lemon, ripe golden apple and anise/fresh fennel on the nose. Smells pretty primary, with a medium intensity of aromas. Not much wooliness here, though some other reviewers noted it. The palate adds ripe pear and ripe quince, keeps the fennel and anise, and ups the intensity of flavors to medium +. Deliciously fruity example of CB.

Medium body with nice medium + acid for the age. I think this is drinking well now, though it could easily age another 2-4 years. I think the bottle age will add some interesting flavors that compliment the fruit. Great pairing with Italian Wedding Soup.

April 4, 2024 - Golden yellow. Big full-bodied with hints of honey. Floral fragrance. Full fresh citrus. Slightly oily, greasy character. Long somewhat spicy. Very good.

NOSE: high-toned and tight, initially; mango gummies and a hint of baked carrots.

BODY: light maize color; just *barely* darker than a bottle of the '21, tasted alongside; medium bodied.

TASTE: very dry; wooly; high acid, but less than the '21; light grainy element -- like a light Highland malt. Days 2 & 4: underbrush and wool elements stronger here than with the '21. 13.9% abv..

October 26, 2023 - So vibrant, pears and fennel on the nose, rich but balanced with searing acidity. Great now, will be better in a few years.

July 25, 2023 - 불쾌한 향과 맛 없는 멋진 화이트
    기포 적은 샴페인 느낌
