May 6, 2022 - 100% Albana di Romagna vinified dry. It is named after the yellow marine sands in which the vines are grown. Med+ gold, due to 24hr skin contact. Clean, complex, med+ yellow apple, pear, white flowers and dried herbs. All stainless. Youthful. Dry, with juicy fruit, med+ acidity, high alcohol (14.5%) and a round mouthfeel. Full-bodied, with a long, savory, pleasantly chewy, mineral finish. It is well balanced and should be paired with full-flavored, creamy pasta dishes, salumi or white meats. Very interesting and intriguing.
