瓶醒1小时30分钟后，入杯时分，浮纱般的芝麻香包裹着绵密的鲜奶奶昔，淋上些许蜂蜜，各种柑橘、柚子、青柠加入其中，还带着黄桃、黄油桃之类的果味，中后段出现些许洋甘菊、玉兰之类的花香。随着继续醒酒，无论是瓶中还是杯中的酒都开始绽放开来，直到4小时左右趋于稳定，嗅觉上更加沉稳饱满，香草牛奶冰淇上淋着苹果酱和轻微带肉桂的焦糖苹果，黄桃、柑橘以及冰糖雪梨纷至沓来，后段是纤细的板栗味，玉兰和茉莉花香带着绵延的精油感在后段延续纵深，余音不绝。
从口感上说，相比起此前更具线条感的酸度，酸度慢慢显得平铺，随着酒体的展开变得宽阔而修长，行进缓缓，步履款款，结构变得比上次要大，要是立体感能更强会更好。牛奶雪糕和奶油蛋糕的绵密包裹着黄桃、柑橘、苹果酱以及随着醒酒出现的水蜜桃以及桃子果酱之类的果味，集中、宽阔而长，充满享乐的开放氛围同温润达成平衡，后段有着白茶的茶感、茉莉以及玉兰之类的花香同花香精油，淡淡的绿豆沙和栗子蓉，即使在收尾时分也力道十足。96/100 -

September 26, 2023 - In close contention for WOTN, this is showing beautifully at this very young age. Nervous, vibrant, intense, concentrated, like a greyhound at the gate. Citrus, minerals. Very precise.
