November 29, 2023 - Red berry, savoury spice, and mild chocolate nose. Medium-full, spiced and complex palate with a good, long, characterful finish.

January 28, 2023 - Medium ruby, clear. Smells like cherry and woody oak, bit of graphite, lemon, vanilla. Medium body, medium (+) acid and finish, with flavors of cherry, lemon, tea, orange, minerals, and spice. Pretty good actually.
