Community Tasting Notes 1

    July 3, 2023 - CMS blind tasting

Pours a clear medium gold. Aromas of ripe pear, ripe golden apple, ripe yellow peach, ripe melon, honeysuckle flower, white buttom mushroom and basil. No new oak here at all. Dry on the palate with some phenomic bitterness. The palate confirms all of the aromas; but especially the peach. It also adds a certain wet stone minerality.

Medium body with medium acid and finish. Pretty complex all things considered.

Call - 2-3 year old Pinot Grigio from Alsace.
