  April 26, 2024 - Absolutely delicious, with very fine bubbles and a lovely rounded mouthfeel. Paired with pineapple cashew veggie bacon pizza and an arugula salad it's delightful.

  September 2, 2023 - Robust bubbles, lots of flavor, very tart although my wife disagreed, she loved this wine while thought it a bit too tart, good fruit, drank with baked lobster, will drink again as we love Domaine Carneros sparkling wine, drank easily.
