February 21, 2022 - Starts out earthy but opens up to dark fruit and spice. Tannic and heavier bodied, unusual for my idea of a Gamay but extremely satisfying with a ribeye and sweet potatoes with a yogurt-mint sauce. Acidic but mellows with food.
