fine bubble stream. straw, in color. yellow flowers and butter. citrus notes of oranges and lemons. almonds, brioche, saline, minerals on the palate. apple juice, orange peel, on a youthful finish.

Almost colorless
Tiny, slow bubbles
Nutty, salty, brioche nose.
Medium amount of mousse. Tastes like the nose. Super dry. Bracing acidity. Lovely, medium aftertaste. Amazing value.

January 20, 2018 - Lighter color. The nose shows aromas of nuts, citrus, minerals and a hint of toast. This is light bodied on the palate with decent concentration and good class. The medium plus length finish features a mineral element. Soft and for immediate consumption.
