August 24, 2022 - Very pale garnet in color with a watery neon pink rim. Fat slow legs, no sediment.
Lots of strawberry on the nose. Some carbonic bubblegum, estery banana, and phenolic clove aromas there too. Fairly complex with some earth.
High acidity, medium body, and medium alcohol. Firm tannin. Fruit forward with strawberry and sour cherry. Some leather and forest floor round out the flavor profile. Medium finish.

August 6, 2022 - Amazing ruby red color in the glass. Aromas of pomegranate, spice, forest floor, and white pepper on the nose. Medium body, medium acidity, and medium(+) tannins. Tastes of pomegranate, acai, and white pepper on the palate. Long, peppery finish. An incredible red for summer!
