October 31, 2023 - Still a bit young, but starting to come of age. Give it a few more years.

May 15, 2023 - Decanted for 90 minutes, and had it with an average, store bought, pizza (which Was Not what the planned dinner was - another story š). This was nice, a typical Symmetry vintage. They keep this āin guardrailsā, due to their Single Vineyard offerings, but Iāve had many vintages, and have always liked it. Medium bodied with nice depth, texture, and balance. Still young, lots of time ahead of it. Iāve got half a case, and Iām looking to see how this evolves in the meantime. š¤
