April 23, 2024 - Ripe and pungent. Citrus & Grass. White pepper. Smoke. Flinty. Green pepper. Oxidative notes on the palate. Cedar and oak. Creamy texture. Long complex finish.

April 12, 2024 - Pronounced nose intensity with nose of tropical fruits, mineral, flora. High acidity and long finish.

November 18, 2023 - 2 ounce tasting at the Ferry Building in San Francisco. Quite pale. Really quite excellent viscosity Nose is very soft. I’m not getting much. Really builds excellent flavor and structure in the mouth however. Could even describe it as Powerful. The palate is what makes this what it is along with its appearance. 5-11-17-9: 92/100.

April 27, 2023 - A lovely SB, riding a wave of intensity and length that is addictive. Not sure if it’s quite worth the $160 price tag but tries really hard with its length. Likely in a few years the acidity and flavors will mellow and show a more balanced beauty, but as it is right now, it’s only “good”.

April 21, 2023 - Big sale at the local shop so I took a flyer to see what this is all about. Intense concentration and focus, lots of fruit and balancing acidity, medium body (big for a white), medium finish. Excellent but even on sale at $130 this isn’t going to become a habit.
