February 27, 2022 - Cloves on the nose, dried fruit, roasty notes, cedar. Very aromatic.
Firm tannins, leather, violets and plums. SOrt of Cahors style. Next day it's a little softer and fruitier but still quite structured. This was excellent with rare roast beef. Quite different to the typical plush Mendoza style. Very sophisticated.
