August 2, 2023 - Light straw color, stonefruit, peach and a hint of ginger on the nose, dry and high in acid, bursts open in the mouth with whotr peach, citrus and mineral, very bright and fresh, really needs to marry into a nice meal, a companion to cuisine, serving with pork lau lau and will see what happens

June 17, 2023 - Blend of Trebbiano, Clairette Blanche, Sémillon and Vermentino. Always fun to try local wines from the Côte d’Azur. This one showed an interesting fruit structure with lots of zesty and some nutty notes. Medium complexity and it was missing some precision but worth a try. (IG)
